Results from shamanic energy healing sessions vary from person to person, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. These services are not covered by health insurance and are not intended to be submitted for insurance reimbursement.
While I maintain strict confidentiality of our sessions, please understand that shamanic healing services are not covered by the same legal protections as licensed medical or mental health providers. Shamanic energy healing is not affiliated with any religion and does not require specific spiritual or religious beliefs.
I reserve the right to refuse service or refer clients to other practitioners if I believe their needs would be better served elsewhere.

Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy
Service Understanding
We deeply value the trust you place in our energy work services. Please understand that each person's journey and response to energy work is unique and personal. While we are committed to providing the highest quality service, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our sessions, as these can vary significantly based on individual circumstances, receptivity, and many other factors beyond our control.
Payment & Refund Policy
All sessions must be paid for in advance to confirm your booking
Due to the personalized nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a session is booked
Your payment reserves time specifically for you, which cannot be offered to other clients
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are only considered for:
Genuine medical emergencies
Sudden illness
Other exceptional circumstances
Please do not assume your last-minute situation qualifies for rescheduling; contact us to discuss your circumstances
If approved, last-minute rescheduling is limited to one time per booking
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without any notification will be considered a "no-show"
No-show sessions are forfeited and no refund will be issued
The full session fee applies regardless of attendance
Session Time Management
Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times
Late arrivals will not receive extended session time and will be charged the full session fee
Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure we can begin on time
Special Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies can occur
Each situation will be evaluated individually with compassion
Documentation may be requested for emergency-related cancellations
The final decision regarding exceptions rests with On Center Life, LLC
